Administrative and Clerical Staff

We have 3 secretaries, each of whom takes responsibility for the work of one or more GPs.

Please contact the secretaries if you wish to leave a question or message for the attention of your GP.

We have a reception supervisor, a number of receptionists, clinical input clerks, prescriptions clerks and a patient services lead who also support the practice.

All our staff are here to help you, and will do so to the best of their ability. We expect them to treat you with respect and courtesy at all times, and we ask you to be polite and courteous in return.

The practice is committed to the training and professional development of all staff. We may therefore occasionally close the surgery on a Wednesday afternoon for training purposes. Prior notice of such closures will be posted in the waiting room and on the front door.
