Blackpool Urgent Treatment Centre, Whitegate Health Centre, 150-158 Whitegate Drive, Blackpool, FY3 9ES (tel: 01253 953953) is open 8:00am – 8:00pm all year round.

If you need a doctor for an emergency outside surgery hours, telephone Fylde Coast Medical Services (FCMS) on 111. You may be given telephone advice, or directed to the Urgent care centre (Next to A&E at Blackpool Victoria Hospital, Blackpool) where you may be seen by the GP on duty.Remember, the GP may have been working all day and may be working the following day too, so please use the out-of-hours service for genuine emergencies only.

For urgent dental problems, please use your own dentist’s out-of-hours service (the CCG can supply a list of local NHS dentists), or contact the emergency dental service on 01253 655200.
