St Pauls and Ashfield Medical Centres are happy to support Carers’ week 9 – 15 June 2014, raising awareness for carers’ of all ages.

Come and talk to carers’ from the Blackpool Carers’ Centre about your/their experiences and advice.

They will be in Ashfield Medical Centre on Wednesday 11th June from 9.30 – 12.30 or in St Paul’s Medical Centre on Thursday 12th June 9.30 – 12.30.
